  Join Palomacy and pigeons in pants as special guests at the San Francisco SPCA’s Fourth Annual Be Mine Adopt-a-thon! SF SPCA’s highly-anticipated tattoo pop-up shop will be on site again as will the open bar. This year they’re adding a vegan runway fashion show featuring Jill Milan, Claire Farwell London, local design house Betabrand and pigeons in pants!
